High-purity triethyl antimony provides antimony sources for AlSb, GaSb, InSb and other semiconductor materials. It is one of the most important sources for the growth of optoelectronic materials in metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) and chemical beam epitaxy (CBE) processes.
