
A near-infrared fluorescence imaging system for clinical diagnosis. It is composed of light-emitting diode light source, light collection optical system, wavelength filter, camera and system software workstation connected in sequence, and imaged at the computer terminal. By illuminating the surgical field with visible and near-infrared excitation light sources (400 nm to 700 nm) and then separating the visible light (i.e. color) from the near-infrared fluorescence, surgical anatomy and near-infrared fluorescence can be obtained simultaneously in the reflective region (i.e., the vascular location) , nerve location, tumor location, etc.)
