Its main technical principle is to first generate a double-stranded DNA copy of the target nucleic acid (RNA) by reverse transcriptase at the same temperature. , and then use RNA polymerase to generate multiple RNA copies from the DNA copy; sometimes, each newly generated RNA copy can also enter the next cycle from reverse transcription; to achieve the purpose of exponentially amplifying RNA.
