The residual pressure monitoring system is an intelligent system integrating industrial computer, communication, anti-electromagnetic interference, digital sensing technology and fire-fighting bus.
The Positive Pressure Ventilation System is a fire safety system used in buildings, which maintains positive pressure in evacuation routes through the supply of pressurized air, ensuring the safe evacuation of occupants. Upon receiving a fire alarm, the smoke detector immediately notifies the Positive Pressure Ventilation System. The system activates by starting the positive pressure fan and opening the supply outlets, allowing air to enter the designated areas. The positive pressure fan supplies air to the stairwells, vestibules, and other areas, resulting in an increase in air pressure within those areas. The pressure differential between the stairwells and corridors, or vestibules and corridors, is measured by the pressure sensors using built-in pressure sampling holes and pressure collection pipes. When the pressure differential reaches a pre-set threshold, the depressurization controller activates the depressurization valves, opening the bypass valves to allow air to be discharged, thereby reducing the pressure within the area. Once the pressure differential returns to the designated reset range, the system closes the depressurization valves, allowing the positive pressure supply system to resume normal operation, thereby restoring the pressure within the area.
