Compared with traditional welded cold plates, the tube design reduces the welding process and leakage risk, and has higher voltage resistance (up to more than 2MPa), which is suitable for scenarios requiring heat uniformity, lightweight and cost control, such as thermal management of power batteries, industrial equipment and electronic components.
