Communication power lines, also known as power line communication (PLC), is a technology that uses existing electrical power lines to transmit data and information. This technology is used to provide internet access, home networking, and other communication services without the need for additional wiring or infrastructure.
PLC works by superimposing high-frequency signals onto the low-frequency electrical power that is already flowing through the wires. These signals can then be decoded and used to transmit data, voice, or video communications.
