The welding type IGBT device is a composite fully controlled voltage-driven power semiconductor device composed of a bipolar transistor (BJT) and an insulated gate field effect transistor (MOS). The welding type refers to the IGBT device that uses welding technology during the packaging process. The IGBT chip, freewheeling diode chip (FWD), heat dissipation substrate, DBC (Direct Bonding Copper) substrate and other components are connected together through welding to form a modular semiconductor product.
