

The automatic diesel injector is an important component of the diesel injection system of an internal combustion engine, used to inject fuel into the combustion chamber of the engine at appropriate pressure and time. It plays a key role in the operation of diesel engines, directly affecting engine performance, fuel economy and emission levels. The working principle of the automatic diesel injector is to ensure that the combustion process of each cylinder can reach the best state by controlling the injection time, injection volume and injection angle of the fuel. Specifically, when the engine is working, the fuel injection pump pressurizes and delivers the diesel fuel to the injection chamber inside the automatic diesel nozzle. When the pressure in the injection chamber reaches a certain value, the fuel injection valve is controlled to open and close. , so that the high-pressure diesel in the injection hole is sprayed out in the form of atomization, forming fuel atomization to facilitate full mixing with air and entering the cylinder for combustion. Automatic diesel nozzles usually consist of needle valves, injection holes, injector seats and other components. The needle valve is responsible for controlling the amount and timing of fuel injection. The fuel injection hole determines the atomization effect of fuel injection. The fuel injector seat plays the role of fixing and sealing the nozzle.
